Jeff Robinson -- 24 years of radio and music experience means that Third Monk Records has much to offer young, up and coming musicians. Jeff Robinson, as the sole proprietor, has a solid foundation in understanding both the micro and macro aspects of the music industry. When working as the Music Director and 7pm-12mid discjockey at WKQZ-FM in Saginaw, Michigan, Jeff helped bring the station to a #2 rating in the market. When working as Chief Engineer at Master Control in Burbank, California, Jeff worked as an engineer on platinum releases for acts such as Toad the Wet Sprocket (Dulcinea), Static X (Wisconsin Death Trip) and the Rembrandts (LP containing the 'Friends Theme'). In his time at Master Control, Jeff was involved with over 100 major label album projects. Jeff is also a voting member of the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences. |
